Job Overview
As an Account Manager/Developer, you will be working in our sales department. You will be reporting directly to the L&T Leads. Your job will be to develop, implement, maintain effective account plans, and managing the following: profitable sales of CCBSA products, the development and maintenance of new business relationships and opportunities to ensure customer excellence, brand loyalty and the achievement of profitable volume growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure strategic customer growth and retention by successfully implementing our company’s business and RTM strategies within the assigned customer base, resulting in sales volume-, net revenue-, and market share measurable growth.
- Ensure the key output of new business development is achieved by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential new clients/customers who are aligned with the company’s strategic goals to drive incremental revenue and volume growth.
- Achieve trade execution excellence key output by ensuring flawless execution of in-store as well as in trade activities in line with company guidelines, leading to improved brand visibility and promotional compliance.
- Ensure achievement of customer partnership and business planning output by partnering with key customers to develop annual joint business plans that align with both parties and their commercial goals and leverage data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure achievement of Sales order generation and demand management key output by actively influencing and securing customer sales orders via planning, demand generation, and RTM applications to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Ensure achievement of asset and data management key output by maintaining accurate and updated customer master data within the commercial system and by also managing assigned assets to ensure optimal in-market performance.
- Ensure achievement of operational efficiency and cross-functionality collaboration key output by coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, accurate order fulfilment and high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure achievement of brand visibility and activation execution key output by implementing and supporting channel-relevant brand activations and in-market campaigns with compelling POS that is aligned to brand guidelines, driving awareness and shopper engagement.

Job Requirements
Education: Relevant formal qualification (Preferably Sales and Marketing)
Experience: 1- 3 years’ relevant experience in FMCG environment, field sales account management, cross functional collaboration, CRM/Commercial systems experience
Other Requirements: Driver’s License
