Job Overview

As a Claims Credit Officer, your job is to collect outstanding overpayments balance. You will also need to keep all overpayment debtors manually and electronically; and to monitor the payment of benefits to clients.

Job Requirements

Education: Grade 12/Senior Certification

Experience: 0 to 6 months experience

Knowledge:  Departmental Policies and procedures, planning, organisation, administrative procedures, Promotion of Access to Information Act, relevant regulations, claims handling, claims litigation, claims verifications & validation, laws and legislation, claims assessment, settlement, UIA, UICA, GRAP, GAAP, interpersonal relations, Public Financial Management, Treasury Regulations etc.
