Job Overview
As a service consultant you will be educating clients on the following: convenience, security, functionality of digital and self-service solutions. You will also be processing cash transactions and cash fulfilments and performing first line device maintenance in order to meet business goals and exceed the client expectations.
Main Responsibilities
- Address digital devices or queue flow concerns
- Help customers with downloading online application
- Help customers with log in problems
- Help customers to buy value-added services online or via self-service device
- Help customers with obtaining banking statements, related documents and cards from self-service zones
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Accept/service cash transactions from clients over the counter
- Process forex requests from clients
- Declare any discrepancies in cash holdings
- Mitigate risk
- Prevent fraud and losses
- Act in customer’s interest

Job Requirements
Education: Diploma Banking Services Qualification or any related qualification
Experience: 1 to 2 years’ experience in retail/banking client service, first line problem resolution experience, cash and technology savvy
Licenses and Certifications: Any related certifications such as Higher Certificate in Banking Services (NQF5)
